We are looking for a highly driven Team Leader (TL) who can own end-to-end admissions performance by managing a team of counselors, improving lead conversions, and ensuring disciplined pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Productivity
- Lead and mentor a team of Admission Officers / Counselors
- Set targets and monitor performance
- Conduct daily huddles and feedback sessions

2. Revenue & Conversion Ownership

- Own team admission targets and revenue goals
- Improve conversion metrics
- Drive closures on hot and warm leads

3. Lead Management & Allocation

- Ensure proper lead distribution
- Monitor follow-ups and CRM hygiene
- Coordinate with central team for lead quality

4. Sales Process Excellence

- Enforce structured counseling process
- Monitor call quality
- Handle escalations

5. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue
- Maintain dashboards
- Analyze source performance

6. Training & Development
- Train new joiners
- Conduct roleplays and coaching sessions

7. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with marketing and operations teams

Key Skills Required:
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Excellent communication
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
- Data-driven mindset

Eligibility:
- 3–6 years in Sales / Admissions
- 1–2 years in team handling
- EdTech experience preferred
