Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies and have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
● Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React
● Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express
● Work with databases (MongoDB) and optimize queries
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive designs
● Debug and troubleshoot application issues
● Participate in code reviews and improve code quality
● Integrate third-party APIs and services
Required Skills:
● Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
● Hands-on experience with: ○ React.js ○ Node.js ○ Express.js ○ MongoDB
● Understanding of REST APIs and API integration
● Experience with version control tools like Git
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind
● Familiarity with deployment (AWS / DigitalOcean / Vercel is a plus)
Good to Have:
● Experience with Next.js
● Knowledge of Redux / Context API
● Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth)
● Basic DevOps knowledge
● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
