Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Engagement

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with students regarding academic activities and updates.
  • Maintain regular online interaction with students to enhance engagement and participation.
  • Provide motivational guidance and support to help students achieve academic goals.
  • Offer personalized academic assistance based on student performance and learning needs.

Faculty Coordination & Academic Support

  • Coordinate with faculty members to ensure seamless academic support for students.
  • Plan and schedule weekly mentoring sessions in consultation with respective faculty members.
  • Assist faculty in preparing academic resources and supporting learning initiatives.

Mentoring & Performance Management

  • Conduct regular mentor sessions for assigned student batches.
  • Analyze student performance through mock examinations and assessments.
  • Provide batch-wise personalized guidance based on performance analysis.
  • Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.

Examination & Assessment Coordination

  • Coordinate monthly mock examinations and related activities.
  • Plan and conduct mandatory question practice sessions.
  • Support result processing and upload activities.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly performance reports.

Reporting & Communication

  • Submit weekly academic and student engagement reports to the Academic Head.
  • Prepare and share monthly performance reports and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, mentoring sessions, and performance data.

Monthly Deliverables

  • Subject-wise MCQ compilation and preparation.
  • Batch-wise personalized support based on mock examination analysis.
  • Preparation of presentation materials (PPTs) for recorded sessions.
  • Development of student-friendly mind maps and study resources.
  • Conduct a minimum of three mandatory Question Practice (QP) Sessions within classes every month.
  • Monthly mock examination coordination and performance analysis reports.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to Academic Head.

Qualifications

  • ACCA (9 papers completed), CMA USA (1 part or both parts)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Success, Mentoring, Teaching Support, or EdTech environments.
  • Experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or performance tracking is preferred.
