Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive academic excellence, student success, and retention targets across assigned programs and batches.
• Monitor academic performance, pass percentages, syllabus completion, and learning outcomes.
• Ensure timely conduct of examinations, result publication, and academic reporting.
• Identify at-risk students and implement corrective action plans to improve academic performance.
• Monitor student attendance, retention rates, and satisfaction levels.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Academic Coordinators and Mentors.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one feedback sessions, and training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Address student and parent concerns, escalations, and grievances effectively.
• Ensure timely resolution of academic and operational issues.
• Maintain high levels of student engagement and satisfaction throughout the learning journey.
Required Qualification
• Master’s Degree in Commerce, Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Academic Operations, Teaching, Student Success, or Educational Management.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
• Experience in EdTech, Professional Education, ACCA, CMA, CA, CS, or Higher Education preferred.
